The largest painting I have created so far grew organically and took shape naturally over time. Sometimes the idea or story behind it is not completely clear to me at first. It often becomes clearer while I am working on it, or even after the painting is finished.
It usually starts with an image in my mind. From there, I look for references and inspiration to help shape the different elements in the painting.
While searching for inspiration, I often come across symbolism. For example, a tiger can represent strength, courage, and determination. In this painting, the tiger stands in front of three gates, as if it has a choice to make or a path to follow. The snakes in the grass can have different meanings as well. They may symbolize transformation, renewal, or the beginning of a new chapter.
The meaning of this painting can change each time you look at it, and that is what makes it special. Everyone can interpret it in their own way. For me, the painting continues to reveal new layers and a more personal story over time. You are very welcome to ask me about it, and I would also love to hear what you see in it.
